Half Tila is a new beads designed by the Japanese company Miyuki. They are half the size of Tila square beads, have a rectangular shape and two parallel holes. These light beads are great for flat and three-dimensional designs for embroidery and weaving. Use them with square Miyuki Tila beads for fun geometric patterns. There are about 25 pieces per gram, depending on the finish of the beads. Caution: Miyuki beads are high quality beads, but Half Tila is fragile, since they have rather large holes and are made of thin glass. Use products with Half Tila as carefully as it possible, avoid falls. Before you start, check the beads for cracks. Do not use cracked beads to prevent future damage of your product.
