📦 How shipping works
We use a consolidated shipping method for U.S. orders. Packages are first shipped in bulk from Europe to the United States, and then handed over to USPS for final delivery.
🔍 Tracking information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Important:
- Tracking may show “pre-transit” or “label created” for several days.
- This does not mean your order hasn’t shipped.
- It means the package has not yet been scanned by USPS.
Tracking updates once the shipment:
- Arrives in the U.S.
- Clears import processing
- Is scanned by USPS
🚚 Shipping options

Standard shipping — $6 (tracking included)
No insurance included. Delivery is considered complete once USPS marks the package as delivered. If you cannot locate your parcel, please check with neighbors or your local post office. -
Insured shipping — $24 (includes insurance and tracking)
If the package is lost in transit, the full order value will be refunded.
💰 Import charges
United States: Orders are delivered without additional import charges for customers. All import procedures are handled before final delivery.
