Returns

Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed to be approved. -
Only products purchased directly from ScaraBeads are eligible for return or refund.
Items purchased through third-party sellers, marketplaces, distributors, or retail partners must be returned according to the seller’s own return policy. -

Return instructions will be provided after your request is reviewed. -
Proof of purchase may be required, including a copy of the original invoice and/or payment confirmation.
Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be unused and in like-new condition, and include:

original packaging,

all original accessories, inserts, and documentation.
ScaraBeads reserves the right to deny a return or refund if the item is returned damaged, incomplete, or not in its original condition.

Shipping & Fees

Items that do not meet the return criteria may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense using standard shipping.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Returned items should be shipped with tracking and/or insurance. ScaraBeads is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. -
A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned product is received, inspected, and approved.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
