Pendant Tamiko with Telos and Samos par Puca Beads - Free beading Tutorial

This tutorial explains how to create a square elegant beaded pendant in detail with beautiful photos. The tutorial was created by Puca, a french bead designer. • Stringing material – click here (Gray FireLine)
• Télos® par Puca® - 16 pieces - click here (Silver)
• Samos® par Puca® – 16 pieces - click here (Jet Hematite)
• Pressed Round Beads 3 mm – 16 pieces (PR3) - click here (Jet Hematite)
• Bicone Beads 4 mm – 20 pieces (T4) - click here (Silver)
• Rocailles Seed Beads 13/0 (R13) - click here (Silver)
• Rocailles Seed Beads 11/0 (R11) - click here (Silver)
• Rocailles Seed Beads 8/0 (R8) - click here (Silver)
• Teardrop or Tassel - 1 piece
• Jump Ring - 2 pieces - click here
• Pliers 
• Scissors 

Pick up 1x R11, 1x Télos, 1x Samos, do to the second Telos hole and then pick up 1x R11.

Repeat 4 times, so you have used 4 Telos and 4 Samos and exit from the first Samos.

Go into the second inner hole of the same Samos.

Add 1x R11 between Samos beads.

Finish the circle and exit through the first R11.

Pick up 1x PR3 and go through the nearest R11 between Telos.

Go back into PR3, then into R11 from the opposite side and then into the next Samos and R11.

Repeat the steps with PR3 until you finish the round (total 4 times). Get the thread out from the R11 between Telos beads.

Pick up 3x R13, 1x T4, 3x R13 and go back into the R11. You should create such a loop with T4. Exit through the next P11 between Telos.

Repeat this step 4 times for all four corners and exit through the first T4.

Pick up 4x R13 and go into the nearest Telos hole.

Pick up 4x R13 again and go back into the T4.

Repeat this step on the other side.

Now your beading should look like this (see below).

Repeat this for all 4 corners, so all T4 are connected with Telos.

The first square element is ready. You can already use it like earrings. :-)

Now create 4 of them with 4x Telos beads in each. Get the thread out from the final element from T4.

Pick up 1x R11 and go into any T4 of the second element.

Connect all four elements with 4x R11.

Go to the one T4 located on the edge of the big square. Exit from the T4.

Pick up 1x R13, 1x T4 and 1x R13. Go into another nearest T4 of the other element.

Pick up 1x R11 and go into the first T4 of the first element.

Pass through all tree T4 to tighten and repeat for all 4 edges.

To attach a teardrop or tassel get the tread out of a T4 on any corner and pick up 2x R13, 1x R8 and 2x R13. Go back to T4 in the same direction.

Now you have a big bead for the jump ring. Repeat it for the opposite corner.

You are almost done.

Attach the teardrop and chain with jump rings through R8 and that's it!
